Antlion Larvae are tiny "bugs" that live in burrows in the sand apparently called "Sand Traps". Their sand traps kind of look like ant mounds. They get their prey like this: An Antlion Larva buries itself under the sand trap. An Ant goes in. The Ant falls down and the Antlion Larva flicks sand at the Ant. All is lost for the Ant. the Antlion Larva kills the Ant and eats it for dinner. But wait ... that doesnt work for the Jack Jumper Ant. Instead, The Ant clings on to the Larva with its mandibles and stings it. The Larva dies.
